Thank you for saying “yes” to this important ministry. This isn’t just another volunteer job in the parish. You are entering into a transformative mission to form lifelong, missionary disciples of Jesus Christ.
This course will equip you to move beyond the traditional classroom model and embrace the Church’s vision for the initiation process, which is an accompaniment on the journey of faith and an apprenticeship in living the gospel mission.
You will discover how to walk alongside seekers with confidence, master the liturgical structure of the journey, and leverage the gifts of your whole parish community. You will gain the practical tools, pastoral insights, and spiritual grounding needed to lead with confidence and joy.
