This Team Initiation online video training gives you a step-by-step process for reading, analyzing, understanding, planning, and adapting the initiation rites. We’ll start with one of the most transformative rites of the catechumenate: the Rite for Entrance into the Catechumenate. If we treat the catechumenate rites as something someone else handles, they are likely to fail. But when we take responsibility for understanding the essential principles and then design rituals that move the assembly to transcendence, we will transform our seekers and our parishes.
