  1. Are we allowed to print and share Bishop’s advice with our Catechumen? I think this is great advice, especially since we are only 5% Catholic here and so many who come to us face a lot of anti Catholic rhetoric

    1. Hi Lorry. Everything I wrote about Bishop Ruggieri’s advice is publicly available on the Portland diocese’s website, and I’m sure the bishop would be happy to have you share his thoughts with your catechumen.

  2. Thank you for sharing Bishop’s insights. I love breaking it down to simple words. As Catholics, I feel we try to impress people too much with long, esoteric language. ; )

I really like this approach to proclaiming the Gospel by Bishop James. What touched me most is ‘Proclamation from the Mountain and Proclamation from the Plain.
Will share the article with the Team of catechists and will have discussions in our team gathering.

    1. Hi Orille. Thank you so much for sharing this! I think it’s great that you’re planning to discuss it with your team of catechists. I’d love to hear what stands out to your team after your gathering!
